We could not find an elevator. Had to drag suitcases upstairs.
For the price we paid it was great overall. Restaurant facility too small. Breakfast or free coffee in lobby not offered but coffee maker with supplies were available in our room. We entered through a lateral entrance closer to our room but there was no elevator nearby. We actually never saw one. Inconvenient for people staying upstairs or with disabilities. Minor bathroom problems, phone did not work.
I chose this hotel based on location and price and was very satisfied with it. The room was spacious and clean, it exceeded my expectations!
